LAURA GORMAN AWARD
St. Petersburg Police Department, Officer Gosnell received the evening's top honors among Pinellas County Law Enforcement officers for his efforts in DUI enforcement. Officer Gosnell led the county in DUI arrests of intoxicated drivers during the last year. The Award honors Laura Gorman who was killed by a drunk driver on February 25, 2006.

Mr. Carey founded RID's Tampa Bay Chapter in 1995.
The "Joni Award" is awarded annually in memory of Joni Carey who was killed by a drunk driver in 1983.
